This is not a repair, but some information to get started with Mooshimeter.
For information check the web site.

Problems

Mine was delivered with one failling battery. Consult the Mooshi support to open and replace.
The firmware did need an update, the mooshi app on IOS will detect this and upgrade it.

Somewhat difficult to find ;Documentation :
